About the role

The company is looking for a senior leader to plan, coordinate and fully supervise graphic design and pre‑press operations. The role ensures that files are technically ready for flexographic, offset and digital printing while meeting quality, colour, productivity and delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and pre‑press team, optimizing workflows, resources and technology.
• Prepare and verify files for flexographic, offset (packaging) and digital print production.
• Manage colour profiles, proofs and fingerprinting to guarantee colour accuracy.
• Oversee CTP processes (photopolymer and lithographic) and plate‑processing equipment.
• Coordinate with clients to meet commercial and operational objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Graphic Design or a higher technical diploma.
• At least 10 years of experience as a designer and 5 years in a pre‑press leadership role.
• Proven experience in flexographic, offset (packaging) and digital printing environments.

Required skills

• Mac platform proficiency.
• Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• In‑depth knowledge of pre‑press workflows for Flexo, Offset and Digital.
• CTP operation (photopolymer and lithographic).
• Plate‑processing equipment handling.
• Colour profiling, proofing and colour theory/fingerprint.
• Experience with flexographic printing and packaging offset.
• Operation of digital flexographic presses such as HP Indigo.
