Junior Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

Valatam is looking for a Junior Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to provide high‑quality assistance to clients and their customers across Latin America. This entry‑level, fully remote position offers the chance to develop your communication skills while handling routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address basic requests such as account updates, general questions, and standard troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Follow up on client requests, send reminders, and track pending communications.
• Perform accurate data entry and keep customer profiles up‑to‑date in internal databases and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for resolving queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the customer service team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or virtual assistance.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
