Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote) – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to provide bilingual (English‑Spanish) support to our clients and their customers. This entry‑level, fully remote position is based in Latin America and offers a full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries such as account updates, general questions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Follow up on client requests, send reminders, and track pending communications.
• Perform accurate data entry and update customer profiles in internal databases and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required to resolve queries.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the customer service team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1‑2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
