Junior Tech Trainer

About the role

Applaudo is looking for a proactive Junior Tech Trainer to help users adopt new technologies through engaging training experiences. You will work closely with senior trainers and cross‑functional teams to create clear, user‑friendly learning materials and support post‑release adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the rollout of the Release Enablement Kit under senior guidance.
• Create user guides, job aids, training documentation, and visual learning content using Canva and AI tools.
• Translate technical procedures into clear, user‑friendly documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for enablement sessions, workshops, and certification activities.
• Track attendance, learning progress, and certification completion.
• Provide first‑level support to users during post‑release adoption periods.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick) on the job.
• Document lessons learned, FAQs, and user feedback to improve future programs.

Required profile

• University student (6th semester or later) in Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Education, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, technical support, training, or similar collaborative environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
• Experience using Canva to create learning or communication materials.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content creation.
