Trilingual Language Facilitator/Specialist

About the role

The Trilingual Language Facilitator will lead Ria's language development program, delivering engaging English, French, and Spanish lessons to adult employees. The role combines classroom instruction, virtual training, and support for broader learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English, French, and Spanish lessons in virtual and in‑person formats, adapting methods to varied learner levels.
• Develop and maintain learning materials such as presentations, quizzes, handouts, and projects.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and keep accurate attendance and performance records.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and track program metrics (enrollment, completion, dropout rates).
• Contribute content to the program’s podcast and other learning channels.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content and learner data are up‑to‑date.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance content creation, lesson planning, and learner engagement.
• Partner with L&D and HR on initiatives like employee screening, translation reviews, and content validation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (written and spoken) with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Experience teaching adults, preferably 3+ years in language training, corporate L&D, or academic settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Languages, or related field; English proficiency certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse audiences.
• Project‑management capability and strong organizational attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for teaching and content development.
• Experience using Canva for visual learning resources.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
