About the role

We are looking for a strategic professional to lead the evolution of our commercial channels and enhance the customer experience across physical and digital environments. The role is responsible for driving business growth through the design of commercial initiatives, innovative solutions, and comprehensive performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement channel‑specific commercial strategies based on market trends and consumer behavior.
• Analyze key business indicators to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
• Design integrated customer experiences, optimizing every touchpoint.
• Lead the development and launch of new products or commercial initiatives.
• Manage tactical communication plans in digital environments.
• Ensure proper execution of budgets and campaigns linked to the channels.
• Translate data insights into concrete actions that strengthen commercial performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields (post‑graduate studies are a plus).
• Experience managing commercial channels, developing strategies or products.
• Strong data analysis and business‑metric monitoring capabilities.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (desired).
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
