About the role

As a Luxury Experience Designer you will craft unforgettable, tailor‑made travel journeys for high‑net‑worth clients. The position blends creative itinerary planning with meticulous execution, ensuring every detail aligns with each client’s unique travel DNA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep, personalized consultations to capture client aspirations and preferences.
• Design bespoke itineraries that integrate transfers, accommodations, curated activities, and special requests.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with premium hotels, airlines, and luxury service providers to secure exclusive access and rates.
• Manage end‑to‑end booking processes, including transfers, insurance, activities, and any bespoke requests.
• Deliver proactive, high‑touch client service throughout the travel lifecycle, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Drive client retention and referrals through post‑trip follow‑up, feedback collection, and relationship nurturing.
• Collaborate closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience curating luxury travel for a DMC, tour operator, or travel agency.
• Passion for travel and a keen eye for destination details.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
