Luxury Travel Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a Luxury Travel Concierge to join our team and support a U.S.-based client in creating exceptional travel experiences. You will act as the behind‑the‑scenes coordinator, turning travel plans into memorable journeys for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients before, during, and after trips via email, phone, and other channels.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, activities, dining, accommodations, and other travel arrangements.
• Communicate with hotels, airlines, restaurants, tour operators, and other partners.
• Research destinations, restaurants, and unique experiences based on client preferences.
• Manage itinerary changes, last‑minute requests, and unexpected situations.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of requests.
• Maintain organized records of client information, preferences, and itineraries.
• Identify potential issues early and work with the team to deliver a seamless, personalized experience.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, concierge services, airlines, hotels, or a similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Calm and professional demeanor when plans change.
• Passion for travel, luxury experiences, and delivering outstanding service.
