Atento El Salvador is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, email and chat in Mandarin.
• Help customers with product inquiries, technical support and issue resolution.
• Deliver personalized solutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and case details accurately in internal systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet and exceed performance, productivity and quality standards.

Required profile

• Native or advanced Mandarin proficiency (required).
• Basic to intermediate Spanish preferred.
• Previous customer service, technical support or related experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.
