Medico Ocupacional – Preventive & Occupational Health Physician

About the role

The Occupational Physician will lead the preventive health strategy, providing general medical care to employees and ensuring systematic health surveillance to reduce occupational disease risks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑employment and annual medical examinations for staff.
• Provide tele‑consultations and on‑site medical care, including emergency response.
• Implement occupational health surveillance programs and perform periodic health assessments.
• Offer technical advice on risk mitigation, ergonomics, and prevention of professional illnesses.
• Develop and deliver training on occupational health topics and participate in health fairs.
• Ensure compliance with local occupational safety and health legislation and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a specialization in Occupational Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering medical services in occupational health settings.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Ergonomics and workplace risk prevention.
• Ability to analyze medical data and produce health reports.
