About the role
REDIFAR is launching a new veterinary products division in El Salvador and seeks a qualified Veterinarian to lead commercial activities. The role combines technical veterinary knowledge with sales and business development responsibilities to drive market entry and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and commercialize the portfolio of veterinary products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with veterinarians, clinics, distributors, and other sector clients.
- Provide technical advice and support on product usage.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to the division’s market positioning.
Required profile
- Graduate in Veterinary Medicine.
- Interest and aptitude for commercial and sales activities.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with veterinary professionals and distributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
- Goal‑oriented with willingness to conduct field visits.
