About the role
The Production Operator performs non‑critical, first‑level tasks on the manufacturing floor. The role supports the production plan by following defined procedures, policies and processes, ensuring that output meets quality, safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities that are classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain productivity and meet the assigned production load for each area.
- Ensure compliance with production, quality and food‑safety standards, including HACCP requirements.
- Follow technical specifications and governmental regulations related to food safety.
- Protect company assets by using equipment and tools correctly.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) completed.
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of HACCP and food‑safety principles.
