Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for executing account‑level strategies through planning, coordination, and motivation of the Team Leaders under their supervision, to deliver quality service that meets account standards. The role also requires maintaining consistent, proactive communication with the client.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that the account's staffing needs are consistently met.
• Monitor and drive the productivity and quality performance of assigned teams.
• Continuously develop and coach team members to support their growth.
• Maintain ongoing, proactive communication with both internal teams and the client.
• Identify performance trends and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Partner with the client to align on account goals, KPIs, and service expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing and leading personnel.
