Organic Growth Manager (SEO, Remote)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency looking for an Organic Growth Manager to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. The role covers the technical roadmap, content priorities and the ranking story behind results. It is full-time and remote, open to candidates in the USA, Canada, Latin America or South Africa; paid media is a separate seat with its own strategist.

Key responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimisation and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts
• Getting clients found in AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) alongside classic organic results
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console and delivering a quarterly roadmap for each client

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, having run audits and made fixes yourself
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients

Required skills

• Fluency with Search Console and GA4
• Screaming Frog
• Ahrefs or Semrush
