Paid Media Manager - Full-Funnel Growth

About the role

Veta Virtual is hiring a Paid Media Manager for a fast-growing luxury jewelry and ecommerce retail brand that sells online and in physical stores. This is a full-funnel role: you will run paid advertising and email/SMS as one connected growth engine, with paid media bringing customers in and lifecycle marketing keeping them. The position is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Latin America or Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise full-funnel Meta and Google campaigns, managing $100K+ in monthly ad spend across targeting, bidding, creative testing, prospecting and retargeting.
• Use Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar tools to improve tracking accuracy and measure results across online and in-store sales.
• Own lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo, from campaign calendars and segmentation to automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back).
• Write creative briefs, mock up assets in Canva, monitor competitors and keep paid and email/SMS working together.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership with clear insights, revenue impact and recommendations.

Required profile

• 8-10 years in marketing and advertising, including 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce marketing.
• Proven ownership of $1M+ in annual Meta Ads spend, plus Google Ads experience and $100K+ in monthly paid spend.
• Strong full-funnel ecommerce expertise covering acquisition, conversion, retention and profitability.
• Bonus: experience in luxury, jewelry or other high-consideration retail.

Required skills

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience (email, SMS, automation flows, segmentation, analytics)
• Attribution platform such as Triple Whale or Northbeam
• Shopify or a comparable ecommerce platform, including reconciling marketing performance with actual online and in-store sales
• Canva for creating or directing marketing assets
