Payment Product Operations Specialist

About the role

Ria Money Transfer, a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc., offers global money transfers, currency exchange, mobile top-up, bill payment and check cashing services. As a Payment Product Operations Specialist you will join a global team supporting payout and sending partners worldwide, contributing to partner operations, product administration, investigations and process improvements while working with international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support existing partners by resolving operational and administrative issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update partner network information and operational data in internal systems.
• Monitor and update currency-related information and support payment product operations.
• Conduct investigations on business processes, banking operations and partner activities.
• Coordinate meetings and process-mapping sessions with international partners in English.
• Ensure partner products and services are configured according to company procedures and operational standards.
• Collaborate with global teams and external partners to improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, payment operations, banking, money transfer or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, business investigations and banking concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and analytical, able to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Problem-solving and process improvement skills.
