Sales Compensation Analyst II - ELS

About the role

Blackhawk Network's Commissions Analyst supports the end-to-end global sales commissions plan: generating individual compensation plans, creating calculation inputs and performing monthly commission payouts. The role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Legal and HR teams and can influence system implementation and commission processes. The position is based in El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly global sales commission calculation by creating monthly system uploads, reconciling calculations and reporting results.
• Review monthly sales order information to ensure accurate commissions calculations.
• Manage large data sets to identify and reconcile monthly commissions and turn them into actionable insights.
• Support the creation and distribution of individual sales commission plans for new employees.
• Support quarterly and annual audit processes.
• Resolve commission inquiries from sales and sales management.
• Build documentation to manage all sales commissions processes.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations and Human Resources to maintain monthly commission reporting and ad hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 1+ years of experience in sales commissions or adjacent functions.
• Proven ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Prior experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve work and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for compiling, transforming, analyzing and presenting complex data sets.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 360 or other CRM systems and commissions management tools such as Xactly.
