About the role
We are looking for a responsible and friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The role involves direct interaction with customers, supporting the sale of medicines and pharmacy products, and assisting with basic inventory and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Promote and sell authorized medicines and pharmacy products.
- Maintain tidy display cases, shelves, and the service area.
- Support billing, cash handling, and product control processes.
- Check expiration dates and ensure proper product rotation.
- Receive, count, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Report any significant issues to the Pharmacy Manager.
Required profile
- Completed high school education.
- At least one year of experience in pharmacy, retail sales, cashier duties, or customer service.
- Good personal presentation and punctuality.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, or night shifts.
