Portfolio & Innovation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Portfolio & Innovation Manager to lead the end‑to‑end management of our snack product portfolio in San Salvador. The role will drive ideation, development, optimization and phase‑out of products, ensuring they meet market demands and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from concept to discontinuation.
• Lead the innovation pipeline across platforms and coordinate the S&OP process for new products.
• Act as the primary liaison between R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure product competitiveness and compliance with target standards.
• Analyze product performance, pricing, and demand forecasts to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or marketing innovation.
• Proven experience in portfolio management, product lifecycle analysis and pricing.
• Strong understanding of S&OP processes and demand analysis.
• Project‑management expertise, including time‑priority handling and team coordination.
