PPC Manager, Multifamily (Remote)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency looking for a full-time, remote PPC Manager for multifamily clients (owners and property management groups running large portfolios). Paid media only; SEO has its own strategist. The role covers the targeting, budget, calls, roadmap and narrative for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and decide when to kill a campaign
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• Own the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on the call
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building, running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus
