Product Sales Specialist - Pet Health

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is looking for a Product Sales Specialist (also called a Protocol Review Specialist) to sell pet health supplements for a pet client. The role is fully remote, with no cap on commission, and suits self-starters who love dogs and want to turn a purchase into a transformation for pets and their owners.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and services for the pet client, a company built for pet owners, with over a million happy dogs.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, turning prospects into brand loyalists.
• Learn by working closely with dedicated leaders and using the company's training resources.
• Earn a 20% commission on the gross margin of every sale made; each sale is between $250 and $2,500.
• Work from home in a global remote environment, using the provided communication tools and platforms.

Required profile

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales excellence.
• Knowledge, background or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Able to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment, with a fast laptop or desktop, working mic, camera and headset, able to run the call system, Salesforce and Zoom together.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred, with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150 ms, jitter under ~30 ms and packet loss under ~1%.
