Product Trainer

About the role

The Product Trainer will design and deliver learning experiences for new and existing representatives in a fast‑growing environment. The role focuses on building product knowledge, customer service excellence, sales techniques, and call‑handling skills to help reps succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training for new hires and ongoing development of existing staff.
• Create and update training materials covering product features, customer service, sales, retention, and call‑handling.
• Facilitate high‑energy sessions that engage learners and reinforce key competencies.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and quality monitoring during nesting and OJT periods.
• Attend required conference calls, meetings, and ensure team attendance compliance.
• Support ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Training Director.

• Strong teaching, public speaking, and writing abilities.
• Proven experience in coaching, development, and managing others.
• Ability to thrive in high‑stress, fast‑paced environments and handle multiple priorities.
• Professional demeanor with exemplary character.
