About the role

LICEO CASTILLA, a secondary school located in Colón, La Libertad, is seeking a qualified teacher to deliver Mathematics and Natural Sciences to its students. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and requires a professional who can engage secondary‑level learners.

Key responsibilities

Plan, deliver and assess curriculum for Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
Prepare lesson materials, assignments and examinations.
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration.

Required profile

Completed degree in Mathematics, Natural Sciences or a related field.
Official teaching rank (Escalafón docente) recognized by the education authority.
Proven experience as a secondary‑school teacher.
Strong ability to manage and motivate a classroom group.
Availability to work full‑time, Monday through Friday.
