Property Manager & Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are a growing U.S.-based residential property management and real estate firm looking for a bilingual Property Management & Maintenance Coordinator. This full‑time remote position supports operations across multiple U.S. markets while being based in El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Update lock‑change logs and ensure key‑control compliance.
• Create maintenance requests, estimates, and purchase orders; track job completion and verify photo documentation.
• Maintain material and machinery inventories.
• Link daily labor timesheets to corresponding purchase orders and coordinate purchase of construction materials.
• Upload project budgets, manage vendor purchase orders, follow up on project completion, and upload invoices and photos.
• Coordinate Section 8 inspections with housing agencies and assist with related repairs and compliance tasks.
• Research, onboard, and negotiate with new contractors.
• Provide general administrative and property‑management support as needed.

Required profile

• College degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Based in El Salvador.
• Prior experience in residential property management, real estate, construction coordination, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment aligned with U.S. operations.
