Provider Specialist

About the role

Teamswell is seeking a Provider Specialist to grow and support its network of strategic data‑center providers. You will use the company’s extensive facility database to conduct outreach, validate operational data and keep inventory information current.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to collect facility, capacity and inventory data from providers.
• Maintain regular contact with existing providers and support data‑validation requests.
• Collaborate with sales to identify target markets, regions and provider segments.
• Serve as the first point of contact for new provider relationships and manage early‑stage engagement.
• Document critical provider data such as inventory, power configurations, pricing and expansion plans.
• Work with data analysts to ensure accurate entry of provider information into the Baxtel platform.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in provider/vendor relations, account management or business development.
• Familiarity with the data‑center or colocation industry and basic power consumption metrics.
• Proven ability to conduct high‑volume outreach and manage a pipeline of contacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with external contacts at various organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Comfort with data‑management platforms and spreadsheet tools.
