Account Manager I – Digital/FI Loyalty Programs

About the role

The Account Manager I supports day‑to‑day operational activities for assigned Digital/Financial Institution loyalty programs, working under a Senior Manager. The role ensures accurate program information, timely execution of tasks, and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for Digital/FI accounts, including product setup, catalog updates, commission configuration, and inventory monitoring.
• Generate and maintain recurring reports on sales, redemption, fulfillment, and inventory; investigate and escalate discrepancies.
• Coordinate routine requests with internal teams, track tickets, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and program records for visibility of outstanding tasks.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop knowledge of BHN systems and platforms.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients and manage day‑to‑day responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
