Account Manager II – Digital/FI Loyalty Programs

About the role

The Account Manager II is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management and support of assigned Digital/Financial Institution loyalty programs, acting as the primary operational contact for partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned Digital/FI accounts, handling operational tasks such as product setup, commission changes, inventory, fulfillment, reporting and settlement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Technology, Product, Finance, Fraud) to execute initiatives, resolve issues and ensure program performance.
• Handle operational incidents and escalations, investigate discrepancies, track resolutions and communicate status to partners.
• Coordinate partner requests, program enhancements, new product additions, catalog updates and promotions.
• Generate and analyze operational and financial reports, monitor program health and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of account management, project management or client services experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
