Recruitment Analyst (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst to own and continuously improve the candidate experience for our fast‑growing US startup clients across Latin America. Working remotely, you will combine empathy, speed and data‑driven thinking to make every interaction memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end candidate journey from first outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding, ensuring clear, engaging, and human touchpoints.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, interview instructions, and candidate resources.
• Partner closely with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving with urgency while maintaining high‑quality experience.
• Use recruiting data to spot bottlenecks, improve workflows, and continuously optimise the candidate journey.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and scale the experience.
• Introduce fresh ideas that make every interaction modern, thoughtful, and memorable.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields where you improved hiring or candidate experience.
• Passion for applying AI in recruitment to redesign workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in remote or hybrid settings.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with clear, concise, and engaging communication.
• Stable professional background, including at least one role held for 2 + years.
