Recruitment Analyst – Talent Partner

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Recruitment Analyst (Talent Partner) to own and continuously improve the candidate experience across Latin America. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring teams to ensure every interaction is clear, engaging, and human‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey from first outreach through pre‑onboarding.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to keep recruitment pipelines moving with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual effort and scale the experience.
• Introduce fresh, modern ideas to make every Viva Talent interaction memorable.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong English communication (C1+).
• Proven ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and own outcomes.
• Stable employment history with at least one role held for 2+ years.
