About the role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and drive the sourcing of high‑quality candidates across the United States. The role works closely with HR hiring coordinators to ensure a steady pipeline of talent that matches our hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates nationwide using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events and creative channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Partner with HR hiring coordinators to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial outreach, screen resumes and perform first‑round assessments.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track sourcing metrics.
- Develop and promote employer brand messaging to attract top talent.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or sourcing.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational attention to detail.

What we offer
- On‑site work at our office in Col. Escalón, San Salvador.
- Schedule: 7 am – 3 pm, weekends off.
- Monthly compensation of $1,100 – $1,200.
