Remote Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to remotely oversee a portfolio of residential properties. You will act as the primary point of contact for owners and residents, ensuring a high‑quality experience that aligns with our service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of properties, handling inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone and email.
• Use CRM tools to track requests, follow up on resident issues, and maintain one‑touch resolution wherever possible.
• Support the leasing process, confirm lease documents, signatures, and deposits, and send required addendums or CC&Rs.
• Follow up with residents after move‑in, manage notice‑to‑vacate and move‑out processes, and prepare non‑compliance notices when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build professional relationships with residents, board members, and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Basic accounting, math proficiency, and ability to multitask in an organized manner.

Required skills

• Experience with property‑management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, or PropertyMeld.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
