About the role

The Digital Solutions Representative will provide on‑site and remote support for customers in El Salvador and across Central America. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment that connects to the company’s digital solutions, as well as training users and acting as the technical liaison between the client and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Install digital products and perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Deliver on‑site and telephone support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Escalate unresolved cases to second‑level support following defined processes.
• Document all activities in the company’s tracking system and complete required administrative tasks.
• Execute corrective actions, modifications and interface development between company instruments and third‑party host systems.
• Coordinate with client IT departments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Apply Agile methodologies when project conditions require.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to plan and execute detailed technical work.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and network communications.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including extended trips as business needs dictate.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
