About the role

The Digital Solutions Representative provides on‑site customer support for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company's connected digital equipment. The role also trains customers on system operation, acts as the liaison between the client and the company for technical and administrative matters, and ensures issues are routed to the appropriate expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation services for the company's digital products.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Provide on‑site and telephone support for customers using digital solutions.
• Escalate unresolved cases to second‑level support following escalation procedures.
• Document all activities promptly in the company’s documentation system.
• Complete administrative tasks such as online training, workflow management, instrument placement, and report preparation.
• Lead creation and modification of interfaces between instruments, digital solutions, and third‑party host systems.
• Coordinate with client IT departments regarding IT policies, security standards, and other requirements.
• Apply Agile methodologies when project conditions require.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Basic oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to plan and execute detailed work assignments.
• Experience or solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communications.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including prolonged business trips.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
