About the role

We are looking for an IT Sales professional to manage the full sales cycle of ICT solutions for corporate clients at Tecnolosis SA de CV. Based in San Salvador, you will work on‑site, identifying business opportunities, generating leads and guiding proposals through to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the ICT sector.
• Generate leads and develop a pipeline of prospective enterprise customers.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, detecting additional technology requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools and ensure timely follow‑up until deal closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT sales, preferably B2B technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of information technology concepts to sell consultatively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with diverse client profiles.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with ability to organize time and meet targets.
• Relevant education in computer science, telecommunications, administration or related fields.

Required skills

• Advanced use of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and other office productivity tools.
