Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Project Manager

About the role

Integrated Media Group, which delivers 700+ Salesforce implementations annually to small and medium businesses, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Project Manager. You will lead marketing automation implementations and migrations for clients, act as the primary client partner and combine project management skills with functional expertise in Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360. The position is full-time and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud Next implementations and migrations, and act as the main point of contact for clients
• Guide clients on best practices, recommend solutions and lead functional design for segmentation, campaigns, automation and customer journeys
• Plan and run project plans, milestones and timelines for a portfolio of 10 to 20 projects (most 5 to 80 hours)
• Review statements of work, keep projects on time and within budget, and flag out-of-scope requests early
• Run discovery sessions, turn requirements into functional specifications and user stories, and perform hands-on configuration when needed
• Work with technical resources on complex configurations, integrations and Data 360 data activation
• Lead migrations from existing Marketing Cloud products or third-party platforms, including testing, training and go-live

Required profile

• 2+ years in a dedicated project management role focused on Salesforce implementations
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing Marketing Cloud Next
• Experience managing multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions and to configure the platform when needed
