Senior Accountant

About the role

StaffRight is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to manage full‑cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and month‑end close activities. The role supports cross‑functional teams, ensures accurate financial records, and adheres to accounting standards while working remotely for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes using QuickBooks Online, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable while monitoring cash flow.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and improve accounting processes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with US‑based companies or international accounting standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Availability to work US time zones (graveyard shift) and start within two weeks.
