Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js/Python)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who will own the design, development and maintenance of robust backend services. You will work with Node.js and Python to build scalable, reliable APIs that power complex business workflows, while collaborating closely with frontend teams and US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (NestJS) and Python (FastAPI).
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs that meet performance, security and scalability requirements.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of backend solutions, from architecture to production monitoring.
• Integrate services with internal and external systems, handling complex business logic.
• Deploy, monitor and manage solutions on Azure cloud services.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers (React/Next.js) to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement AI‑driven features such as LLM integrations and data‑driven models.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong backend focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver production‑grade APIs and microservices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency for direct interaction with US clients.
