Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist – Klaviyo Expert

About the role

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will design and execute retention‑focused marketing programs for high‑growth DTC ecommerce brands. Working primarily with Shopify stores, you will lead the creation of email, SMS, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives that drive measurable revenue and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies and strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals and performance data.
• Identify and implement automated flows, campaign calendars, segmentation frameworks, and cross‑channel experimentation plans.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, leading presentations, answering complex questions, and recommending solutions that support long‑term growth.
• Analyze performance metrics, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and produce reporting materials for stakeholders.
• Monitor scope of services, flag potential resource constraints, and ensure recommendations stay within contracted hours.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy with execution, reviewing initiatives for brand consistency and strategic fit.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing lifecycle marketing programs for ecommerce brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for client advisory and internal collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
