Senior Technical Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Trainer to lead technical enablement initiatives, translate complex product specifications into engaging learning experiences, and ensure successful user adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end instructional design and delivery for software releases and technical enablement projects.
• Conduct Sprint 0 impact assessments to identify adoption risks and define training requirements.
• Create user guides, facilitator guides, job aids, quick‑reference materials, demo scripts, and training videos.
• Facilitate instructor‑led sessions, workshops, sandbox certification activities, and post‑release adoption programs.
• Design and administer knowledge assessments to measure learning effectiveness and user readiness.
• Analyze adoption metrics, certification results, and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.
• Mentor junior trainers, support their content development, and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, product or delivery enablement.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Application of Bloom’s Taxonomy for measurable learning objectives.
• Use of the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model to assess training impact.
• Management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and coordination of training deployments.
