Service Business Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a versatile, high‑energy communicator to join our growing clean‑energy team as a Service Business Assistant. The role combines inbound and outbound lead management, project workflow coordination, and customer document outreach in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls generated by active marketing campaigns, capture caller details, qualify opportunities, and deliver top‑tier customer service.
• Proactively call past customers to re‑engage cold leads and convert follow‑up conversations into new sales opportunities.
• Track and update project milestones in Zoho CRM / Zoho Projects, ensuring cross‑functional coordination to keep projects on schedule.
• Contact customers to obtain essential onboarding documents such as utility usage bills and property details for design and permitting teams.
• Manage the central customer email inbox, providing fast, professional, and knowledgeable support.

Required profile

• Industry experience in solar or renewable energy (preferred) with familiarity with solar terminology, net metering, and project lifecycle workflows.
• Proven experience using Zoho CRM / Zoho Projects or similar tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask, balancing sales goals with administrative rigor and project tracking.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a warm, professional tone and a solution‑oriented approach.
