About the role

We are looking for an on‑site Technical Support Engineer to provide specialized assistance for Lexmark printers and multifunction devices. The role ensures continuous operation and high user satisfaction by diagnosing, maintaining, and resolving hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical failures on Lexmark printers (hardware and software).
• Install, configure, and commission printers and multifunction devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including cleaning, part replacement, and firmware updates.
• Manage incidents through a ticketing system.
• Support network printing (TCP/IP, drivers, secure printing, print queues, scanning services).
• Administer consumables (toner, maintenance kits) and report replacement needs.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in printer technical support, with proven Lexmark expertise.
• Technical education: technician or student in Systems Engineering.
• Own transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Residence within the metropolitan area and availability for rotating schedules.
