Speech Analyst

About the role

Foundever is looking for a dynamic Speech Analyst to drive speech analytics programs for its clients. The role blends industry knowledge with technical expertise to deliver high‑impact insights and support the company’s growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data analysis for speech analytics managed services and configure the Call Miner platform.
• Develop and deliver presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with BI and reporting teams to refine dashboards, reports, and visualisations in Power BI.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and provide analytical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operations and clients, helping them leverage data to achieve goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a speech analytics role.
• 2+ years working with contact‑centre data.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Call Miner analyst and coach modules.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI for data visualisation.
