About the role

The Debt Collection Supervisor will lead the collections team at Redwood Inversiones, ensuring recovery targets are met while maintaining high service quality. This full‑time, onsite position is based in San Salvador and focuses on managing client portfolios, defining collection strategies, and supporting complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the debt management team, assigning cases and monitoring progress.
• Organize client portfolios and develop collection strategies aligned with internal policies and regulations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare result reports, and propose process and tool improvements.
• Handle complex debtor cases, maintaining professional communication with debtors, finance, and customer service departments.
• Ensure compliance with credit risk policies and financial controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in debt collection and supervising teams handling client portfolios.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate reports, and make decisions based on financial and operational indicators.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of finance, credit risk management, and collection policies.
• Technical or university education in administration, finance, economics, or related fields.
• Ability to lead teams, work toward targets, and adapt to process and tool changes.
