About the role

The position is responsible for planning sales activities, influencing secondary sales forces and distributors, and ensuring commercial targets are met for the pet product category. The role follows B4C strategies and monitors KPI performance in volume, coverage and execution at points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in annual business planning with distributors, aligning commercial strategies and sales objectives.
• Manage the monthly sales and coverage budget, tracking progress against set goals.
• Monitor commercial agreements, review client performance and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate the monthly commercial plan for the pet category across channels and ensure proper execution at retail locations.
• Supervise the distributor’s sales force to guarantee compliance with standards.
• Track inventory levels and action plans, maintaining agreed stock policies.
• Propose initiatives and projects to drive business growth in the assigned zone.
• Ensure proper execution of MAPS at points of sale to strengthen brand visibility.
• Develop sales routes and strategies to optimise commercial and distribution resources.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in sales and commercialization of fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Ability to handle indicators and analyse commercial results.
• Willingness to travel within the country and possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
