System Administrator (SCCM / Intune)

About the role

Gildan, a manufacturer of everyday basic apparel, is seeking a highly skilled SCCM / Intune Administrator to oversee, support and modernize its global client endpoint infrastructure. The role covers the engineering, deployment and security compliance of corporate workstations and mobile devices, working with the Global Wintel team and local Operations Centers as the subject matter expert for unified endpoint management (UEM) and as the main technical contact for endpoint security compliance, software delivery automation and incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and optimize Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments for global client operating systems and mobile assets.
• Create, maintain and deploy standardized corporate OS images using SCCM task sequences, Windows Autopilot and driver package management.
• Engineer, test and distribute software packages, applications and updates globally with minimal disruption.
• Run monthly client patching lifecycles and generate compliance reports.
• Configure Intune policies such as Conditional Access, configuration profiles, compliance policies and app protection for iOS, Android and Windows devices.
• Manage the hybrid co-management bridge between on-premises SCCM and Azure-based Intune.
• Work with third-party vendors and hardware providers for tier-3 escalations, and assist with endpoint lifecycle forecasting, hardware auditing and procurement.
• Collaborate with Global Wintel, Information Security and application teams, and travel between facilities when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, engineering and troubleshooting SCCM / MECM and Intune environments.
• 5+ years configuring SCCM task sequences, Windows Autopilot rollouts and modern Windows 10/11 clients.
• 5+ years with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Conditional Access and Intune enrollment.
• Experience hardening client OS configurations for industrial environments, kiosks or MES systems.
• Excellent English communication, autonomy, project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to join a rotational, on-call framework for a 24/7 global operation.
