SyteLine Administrator – SME / Senior Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SyteLine Administrator (SME or Senior Analyst) to provide remote, finance‑focused support for our ERP system. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, and enhancing reporting to meet accounting and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting‑related SyteLine support, including ledger, P&L, balance sheet, month‑end closing, and financial logic troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve complex report value discrepancies and configure calculated fields.
• Review the current SyteLine environment for correct setup and recommend improvements.
• Handle financial reconciliation and variance analysis, including fixed overhead calculations.
• Customize reports by adding fields or data as requested by users.
• Support FactoryTrack/barcode scanner rollout and ongoing quality module implementation.
• Participate in operational evaluations of warehouse workflows and identify efficiency gains.
• Assist with future Salesforce integration and separation of P&Ls by location.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or accounting with deep understanding of ERP systems.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and configuring SyteLine, especially financial modules.
