About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence & Transformation Specialist drives large‑scale recruitment process optimisation and technology enablement for TELUS Digital. You will lead transformation initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to recruitment leadership on analytics and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruitment data and business intelligence roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead large‑scale process optimisation and transformation projects to improve recruitment efficiency and scalability.
• Design and implement advanced recruitment dashboards, analytics platforms, and BI solutions for data‑informed decision‑making.
• Conduct sophisticated data analysis to identify trends, predict outcomes, and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate, select, and implement recruitment technologies, managing vendors and change management.
• Partner with recruitment leadership to create data‑driven recruitment plans and metrics frameworks.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
• Analyse ROI for recruitment initiatives and technology investments.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, process improvement, recruitment operations, or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Schedule flexibility and availability to work on‑site.
• Core competencies: customer focus, technology adoption, self‑development.
• Functional competencies: advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, deep knowledge of recruitment processes and metrics, strategic thinking, change management expertise, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
