Talent Partner – Candidate Experience Specialist

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to own the end‑to‑end candidate experience for its fast‑growing portfolio of US startups. You will guide candidates from the first outreach through pre‑onboarding, ensuring every interaction is clear, engaging and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate journey, from outreach to pre‑onboarding, maintaining a human‑focused experience.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment pipelines moving quickly while preserving quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimise workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual effort and scale a consistent candidate experience.
• Introduce fresh, modern ideas that make every Viva Talent interaction memorable.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations or a related field.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+ level).
• Proven track record of staying at a company for 2 + years.
