Talent Partner – Recruitment Analyst

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to own the end‑to‑end candidate experience for its Executive Assistant and Recruitment Coordinator placements across Latin America. In this remote role you will combine empathy, speed and data‑driven thinking to make every interaction memorable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the candidate journey from first outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimise hiring workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and scale a consistent candidate experience.
• Introduce fresh ideas that keep Viva’s hiring interactions modern, thoughtful and memorable.
• Adapt rapidly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations or related fields, with a proven track record of improving hiring or candidate experience.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Stable employment history, including at least one role held for 2 + years.
