Talent Sourcer (Remote, San Salvador)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Talent Sourcer on a full-time remote basis, open to candidates based in Latin America or South Africa. The role is about more than screening resumes: you act as a brand ambassador and talent scout, owning the hiring process from the first intake call with leadership to the final offer, and partnering directly with the leadership team to find top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent so the team can move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
• Give every candidate a seamless, respectful experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high-accountability mindset that does not need micromanagement.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.

Required skills

• Strong ATS skills and a preference for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
